Maik Hingst, 43 years old and has been in Leipzig for six years, not only brings a breath of fresh air, but also years of experience. After training as a central heating and ventilation engineer, he worked independently in Berlin for six years before working as an air conditioning technician at the Gewandhaus in Leipzig and as a senior building technician at the NH Hotel Leipzig Zentrum. With specialist knowledge such as fire protection, qualified electrician and hygiene certificates for ventilation technology (VDI 6022), Maik is ideally equipped to master the diverse requirements of the Westwerk.
